Everything was there when I checked, so no complaints from me. I was kind of expecting to have to hunt for something missing, because that seems to happen sometimes, but nope, it was all fine. Straightforward experience overall.

I thought the shipping might end up making the whole order not worth it, but it was a lot more reasonable than I expected. It was shown clearly at checkout and didn’t suddenly change at the last second, which I really appreciated. I had asked support about it too, and they basically said something like, “what you see at checkout is the final shipping cost,” and that ended up being true. My order showed up fine, so overall I’m happy with it.

I walked in expecting to wander around forever like I was on some impossible quest, but the staff came through immediately. They were super nice and helped me find what I needed so fast it felt like a tiny retail miracle.

The prices were really fair, and I feel like I got way more than I expected. It was one of those rare times where I paid a reasonable amount and walked away feeling like I’d hit the jackpot.

I went in trying to figure out the best glue for a wood craft project, and once I finally tracked down an employee, they really seemed to know what they were talking about. My gut said they were giving me solid advice, and it definitely saved me from just guessing and hoping for the best. Only downside was that it took a little while to find someone to help, so I’d give it 4 stars...

I stopped in just to look around, and the store was really clean. The floors looked swept, the shelves were straightened up, and nothing felt dusty or crammed together.
The checkout area was tidy too, which I always notice because messy counters and clutter are totally preventable. Overall, it made the visit feel easy and comfortable, and I had a really nice time shopping...

I really respect that Hobby Lobby stays closed on Sundays. I don’t know, it just feels right to see a company actually give employees a day to spend with family, go to church, or just rest. It gives me a better feeling about shopping there during the week.

The layout was mostly clear, and I found the craft stuff fast. Some of the aisles felt sorta crowded though, but overall it was an easy enough shopping trip.

The rep was really nice and got the missing item resent without making it a big hassle or anything. It did take a little longer than I was hoping to get fully sorted out, but overall I’d say the service was good.

Everything arrived safe, really safe, with no dents and no broken corners. I was happy to see it all in good shape when I opened it up.

I ordered a few craft supplies from Hobby Lobby and the shipping was quicker than I thought it would be. My box showed up in about 4 days, and everything inside was packed well, so no complaints there. The only thing that bugged me was the tracking barely updated at first, which made me wonder if they keep it a little vague so people don’t bug them about delivery dates. Who knows, maybe it was just the carrier. Either way, the order arrived fine and fast, so I’d say it was a good experience overall

I mostly shop on Hobby Lobby’s website when I get the feeling it’s a good time to check for sales, that instinct usually pays off. The discounts can be really solid, especially on frames, yarn, and seasonal stuff. I also like that the sale prices are easy to spot, so I don’t have to dig around too much. I’m giving it 4 stars because some of the things I’m hoping for either aren’t included in the sale or sell out quickly. Shipping is fine, just not especially fast. Still, if I wait a little and trust my gut on when to browse, I can usually find a good deal

I checked the website before heading over because I didn’t want to waste a drive, most of what it said was in stock really was there. I was looking for a few different things, like ribbon, some craft supplies, and a couple little extras, and almost everything matched up. One ribbon color I wanted wasn’t there even though the site said it was available, which was a little annoying, but not a huge deal. Compared to other places where the website says they have five things and then you get there and there’s nothing, this was close. It definitely saved me time wandering around or making extra stops, so I appreciated that

I’ve picked up a few craft supplies and some decor from Hobby Lobby, and everything has been good so far. The items didn’t feel cheap or flimsy, and the colors looked like they did online. I’m happy with what I got.

I order from hobbylobby.com mostly for seasonal decor and craft supplies, especially around fall and Christmas. They do have a lot of cute stuff, and the prices are usually decent when there’s a sale. But it’s really frustrating that the best items sell out so fast or just aren’t available online at all. That’s on them for not keeping enough stock, especially when they know people are shopping seasonal items early. I usually still manage to find something I like, and shipping has been fine, but it’s annoying having to miss out on things because they don’t seem prepared
